Duty of Care applies to every business in the UK. This course will provide a broad understanding & awareness of the practical requirements needed to support your company so it remains compliant with your Duty of Care & legislation. This course will cover the management and transfer of waste.

- Understand how to complete a waste transfer/ information note
- Be aware of the consequences of noncompliance with duty of care and waste legislation
- Appreciate your role and that of others in directing how waste is managed and controlled, including the role of auditing
